I unfortunately had a pool and spa installed by Polynesian pools owned by Cleveland Williams. My Spa water level leaks and they cannot or will not correct the problem after several months. I unfortunately paid to have an inground cleaning system installed by them also and am having problems with that. I have not been able to get Mr. Williams to fix the problem. I am having to spend more money taking Mr. Williams to court for his poor workmanship and nonexistent customer service. I would strongly recommend that you do not use the services of Polynesian Pools. Stay away.
