Customer Service is disgraceful

What a poor excuse for a business. Mailbox is always full, can't leave a message. They don't return calls. I have been trying to exchange a bracelet I purchased for my mom for mothers day at a trade show in Las Vegas to no avail. It was too small, I just needed a larger size which Kevin said he would order and have in a couple of weeks. It's now been almost 7 weeks and still nothing. How can you run a business like that?
