Na Alaka'i O Ke Kai Outrigger Canoe Club

A Na Mea Program of the Las Vegas Hawaiian Civic Club (LVHCC), NAOKK is headed by the LVHCC, and as far as we know, the only active outrigger canoe club in Las Vegas. Our members range in interest from novices to experienced competitors. For both ranges of interest, we are available. The main purpose of the canoe club is to perpetuate Hawaiian/Polynesian cultures and traditions through the art of canoe paddling. Our program fees are: $50 per adult, $75 per family (2 adults OR 1 adult and children under 18 yrs). We provide the paddles, a Bradley canoe and the flotation devices. Paddlers 12 years old and up, are welcome to join and all Polynesian ohana are encouraged to participate in our club activities. For willing participants younger than 12 years old, we have the Na `Opio Program.
