In short, musubi translates to riceball. Hawaii Locals turned the "Spam Musubi" craving into a worldwide phenomena.

The small, but elegant restaurant offers quick dine-in and is the only known carry out establishment serving Musubi's exclusively. Using the freshest ingredients, a tasty Nori (dried seaweed) and a variety of Furikake (seasoning) you will agree and enjoy the bold and robust flavor served in every Musubi.

In relatively recent years, the Musubi has evolved to include other fillings such as chicken, fish and beef. Though not a new concept, 8ONO8 Musubi features more than 20 different intercultural fillers that will satisfy all, such as our signature MT Mighty Mahi, Chili Lava, Krispy Chicken Krunch and Hot Lava Tuna.

Newly introduced is the "P2P Musubi" which was named after Pipeline2Paradise.com. A crunchy garlic katsu style chicken topped off with a zesty garlic shoyu sauce, wrapped in a tasty Nori and sprinkled with variety of Furikake.

Well deserved coverage for a great restaurant! As stated the P2P Musubi was named after Pipeline 2 Paradise Radio and being one of the first to sample it I can definitely say "Da buggah iz 'ono!"
