In business since 1988 The Whole Bean offers coffee blends from around the globe as well as supplies wholesale and retail coffee to the Las Vegas Valley. The Whole Bean is a major supplier for many Las Vegas Hotels and Casinos. The java shop has a large following of loyal customers who love the coffee, the store, and the man behind it all, Marc Matsuo.

Gourmet Coffee

Marc is a Master Roaster who learned the roasting art on his family's coffee plantation in Hawaii. Marc's love of coffee has become his life's work making him one of the best in the business. Marc insists on quality in every batch and does not compromise on the raw coffee beans or the time and energy to properly roast them. He is a true Artisan who takes great pride in his work. Marc has taken years to perfect his many blends and different roasts, from the beans, to the time and the temperature of roasting.

The Whole Bean buys the freshest coffee beans from around the world and roast them in small batches to ensure the highest quality and consistency of flavor. Dark Roast coffees are roasted dark to ensure proper flavor when brewed Espresso style.
