The Maui Boy Kendall "The Spyder" Grove defeated Evan Tanner via split decision at Ultimate Fighter 7 held at The Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
Kendall Grove, coming off two straight losses in the UFC sensed the urgency of his TUF7 match and came out to prove his legitimacy of being a contending middleweight fighter. It was a tough 3 rounds as both fighters put it all on the line. Tanner, sporting the lumberjack look had a couple of good takedowns while Grove landed several vicious shots.
