Use of the Aloha Valley website (AlohaValley.com) are limited to: entertainment purposes and pleasure, as to reading articles, viewing photographs, voting in polls, participating in forums, commenting on articles, receiving email and newsletter services. To gain knowledge, as to obtain information of a directory listing or content of an article. Use with Aloha!
All directory and event listings must be located in the Las Vegas Valley which include the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson. Nearby towns/cities in outer laying areas such as Pahrump, Boulder City, Mt Charleston and Blue Diamond my be accepted depending on circumstances. Listings must pertain to, cater to, or have ties to Hawaiian, Polynesian, and Pacific Island culture and heritage. This also includes the vast array of nationalities and races that live in the State of Hawai'i (i.e. - Japanese, Filipino, Samoan, Chinese, Portuguese etc.). In addition, the establishment must be of majority liking and taste of the "Local" (people from Hawai'i). It is at the discretion of Aloha Valley (alohavalley.com) whether a listing shall be posted.
We do not allow and will not post any listing which contains information based on illegal substances, acts or matter, pornography, racism, or other related controversial and/or explicit subjects or material. It is at the discretion of Aloha Valley (alohavalley.com) whether a listing shall be posted.
Aloha Valley (alohavalley.com) reserves the right to deny or terminate any directory or event listing without notice which fail to meet and maintain the above or within guidelines.
Under no circumstances may you use any material such as posted content, articles, graphics, photographs or you may not copy & paste any directory listing and it's description (as posted on Aloha Valley) on any other website or printed material for commercial or personal use unless written permission is granted by Aloha Valley. You may not use any material or posted information, including graphic images or photographs, that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary right of any listed/participating party.
You not discriminate, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of any website participant, volunteer, guest, staff member or employee. It will not be tolerated. In certain cases we do keep track of IP address' to aid, protect and/or prevent willful harm to our website, staff members, website users and visitors.
You may not use our guestbook, forum or comment section as advertisement space or in a way to promote a business or induce financial gains. The use of Aloha Valley (AlohaValley.com) for financial gain without our consent or knowledge (we will find out) is NOT PROHIBITED and will not be tolerated.
NO SPAM, NO SOLICITING Under no circumstances may you SPAM AlohaValley.com for email address'. You may not use our "yellowpage" directory listing section, forum, or guestbook to solicit or obtain information in such a way as to SPAM and/or include listings on any mailing list without their consent. You may not contact any directory listing to promote a business or induce financial gains. We review or records and history regularly, violators will be banned.
It is at our discretion at Aloha Valley whether or not Terms of Service (TOS) has been violated. Anyone who violates our Terms of Service will be banned and reported to appropriate agencies and/or proper law authorities. Aloha Valley (AlohaValley.com) reserves the right to change, add to, or modify the TOS without notice if we see fit. It is our right to deny access to and report anyone who we feel has hindered, interrupted, or is a threat to our website, services and customers whether or not the inexcusable or unacceptable act is listed in our Terms of Service/Terms of Use (TOS/TOU).

Many of our directory listings within our data base were obtain by paying a personal visit to establishments to ensure quality services. Business, organization and event listings are for public view. Directory listed information at AlohaValley.com is in the public domain. They have been posted elsewhere such as telephone directories, at place of business or through promotion. However, it is at Aloha Valley's (alohavalley.com) discretion if we feel our data base, research and work has been knowingly copied. This is to include the description of listings as well as format. It is our right to deny the repost of information if description, wording, format and organization has familiarity to and/or resembles our data base. In simple words, "Public Domain" means the information provided is for your viewing and gaining knowlege, not to copy. Do not copy or use our content whether it be in print or electronically.
You may however, download, print or copy a directory listing for PERSONAL USE ONLY as for location, travel directions, and/or contact, merchandise, or service information. Any information a visitor chooses to post publicly in our forums, guestbook or comment areas is by their choice. We do not require any personal information of a visitor unless it is for communication purposes between Aloha Valley and the visitor.
